I guarantee that any defective products will be replaced, or the store will refund your money!

The connecting link between our store and the customer is the transportation companies, which may damage the goods during transportation. We cannot control the shipping process. Therefore, this responsibility falls on you, the recipient of the goods. Please inspect the package carefully upon receipt at the pick-up point or in the presence of the courier. Check the completeness, the absence of damages, and the conformity to the ordered model. In case of any damages or incomplete set of goods, be sure to create a report with a detailed description and photos. The report must be signed by you and a representative of the transportation company. Refuse to accept such a package and inform the store about it.

Products with hidden manufacturing defects, which could not be detected upon receipt, are subject to exchange.

Please note that some categories of goods, according to the law, are not subject to exchange or return after use. Sadhu boards fall under the category of "Massage Equipment." If for some reason you do not like the Sadhu boards, you can only return them during the receipt and inspection of the package. This way, each of our customers can be sure that they are the first to stand on their boards. The exception to this rule is hidden defects due to the manufacturer's fault, which could not be detected upon receipt. Such products can be exchanged for a similar one throughout the entire warranty period.
