Delivery

Shipment of goods is performed after full payment of the order from our production facility in Ukraine.

Delivery is carried out to the warehouses of transport companies where orders are issued.

Delivery is performed by "Nova Poshta", "Ukrposhta", "Mist Express", "USPS", "DHL", "Royal Mail". International delivery is available to locations where the above-mentioned transport companies have postal offices. To confirm the possibility of delivery to your region, write to us, and we will contact the transport service. Delivery is possible to any settlement in Ukraine.

The cost of delivery is paid separately by the buyer according to the carrier's tariffs. For orders over 50 $, delivery to postal offices and parcel lockers within Ukraine is free.

In the process of delivery to other countries, the parcel may be taxed. The amount of taxes depends on the purchase price and the country of delivery.

The paid goods on the website can only be received by the person to whom the delivery is addressed, upon presenting identification documents (Ukrainian citizen passport, international passport, driver's license).

Shipment of the goods, depending on their characteristics, can take from 1 to 14 calendar days from the moment of payment confirmation. Some items are made to order after the order is placed.

International package delivery takes an average of 8-14 business days and mostly depends on customs and the import process in the buyer's country.

You can track your order on the carrier company's website using the express waybill number.

Check the goods directly at the time of receipt at the warehouse of the transport company delivering them. In case of damage or an incomplete set of goods, document these in an act, which must be signed by both the Buyer and the delivery service.
