Theory 

Muscle and nerve ending electrostimulation involves sending electrical impulses through the skin. The device's electrical impulses mimic the brain's natural impulses for muscle contraction. Physiotherapists and doctors use this technique to treat people with various diseases and injuries. Electrostimulation relieves pain, healing injured, weak, or diseased muscles, improves blood flow, and stimulates muscle fibers or nerves, promoting relaxation by releasing endorphins during rest or meditation.

This portable device connects via a USB port to a smartphone that supports the OTG function or a charger. The set includes adapters for different types of connectors for Android and iPhone: USB type-C - Micro-USB, Apple Lightning - Micro-USB. The stimulator has 4 massage modes and 6 intensity levels. The advantages of this model are its lightness and compactness, similar to portable headphones. The total weight of the complete set with the case is only 58 g. A disadvantage of the model might be a lower massage intensity than other models powered by replaceable batteries or the mains. However, the intensity is quite sufficient for a moderate level of massage.

• Connect the stimulator to a smartphone (the smartphone must support the OTG function);
• Connect the wired electrodes to accessories such as silicone applicators or Sadhu boards;
• Apply the applicators to the skin or stand on the Sadhu boards.
  

To extend the service life of the silicone applicators, ensure the working surface does not dry out. After use, place the applicators back in the hermetic ZIP bag and store them in a cool place. If necessary, moisten the applicators with a few drops of water.

Control

The "+" button is responsible for turning on and increasing the pulse intensity. The "-" button is responsible for turning off and decreasing the intensity. The "M" button switches massage modes. Each mode automatically switches to the next after 5 minutes and stops automatically after 15 minutes of operation.

Contraindications

Phlebotrombosis, epilepsy, kidney or liver failure, poor blood clotting, tuberculosis, kidney and gallstone disease, malignant tumors of any localization, skin diseases at the site of device application, wearing an implanted pacemaker, pregnancy. If there are any doubts regarding contraindications, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
