The contraindications for nail-standing practice include:

  • During and less than three days after viral illnesses (ARVI);
  • Cardiovascular system disorders;
  • Cancer;
  • Diabetes;
  • Stroke/heart attack less than six months prior to practice;
  • Pregnancy and lactation;
  • Frequent migraines;
  • Vision disorders;
  • Menstruation;
  • Chronic respiratory system diseases or issues with its function;
  • Nervous system disorders;
  • Mental illnesses/disorders;
  • Open wounds/damage to the feet.

The contraindications for using muscle stimulation:

  • Phlebothrombosis;
  • Epilepsy;
  • Renal or hepatic insufficiency;
  • Poor blood clotting;
  • Tuberculosis;
  • Kidney and gallstone disease;
  • Malignant tumors of any localization;
  • Skin diseases at the site of the device's action;
  • The presence of an implanted pacemaker;
  • Pregnancy.
